Refunds

All products are digital PDF patterns delivered instantly by email, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind once a file has been sent.

This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a pattern is faulty, can't be opened, is significantly different from its description, or never arrives, please use the contact form with your order number. We'll fix or replace the file, or give you a refund.

Pattern licence

• Each purchase gives you a personal licence to stitch the design as many times as you like.
• Please don't share, forward, upload or resell the PDF, in whole or in part.
• You're welcome to sell a small number of finished pieces you stitched by hand. Please credit Resting Stitch Face as the designer.
• All designs are © 2026 Resting Stitch Face. Fan-made designs are original artwork and not affiliated with or endorsed by the artists or brands that inspired them.

Privacy

We collect only what's needed to sell you a pattern:

• Checkout: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, country and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Delivery: your email address is used to send your patterns via our email provider, Resend.
• Contact form: messages are stored by our host, Netlify, so we can reply.
• Your bag: saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We don't sell or share your details for marketing. To access or delete your information, use the contact form.

Terms

• Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken in full at checkout.
• Patterns are delivered by email after payment. Download links are valid for 30 days. Please save your files.
• Colours on screen may differ slightly from thread. Finished sizes depend on your fabric count.
• We may update prices and designs at any time. Your purchase is always honoured at the price you paid.
